Joseph Manning Courtney, III serves as the managing partner of Commercial Sales and Business Development. Manning is also the qualifying broker for the Point Clear office. He is a licensed realtor, certified in Argus Enterprise, and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and MRI Real Estate Software. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama, where he majored in operations management and specialized in supply chain management. A Mobile native, Manning joined us from RMC Holdings in Dallas, TX, where he served as asset manager and analyst.
