Started in 1978 by its founders Joe Courtney, Sr., and Edward N. Morris, Jr., Courtney & Morris focused on the appraisal of real estate while offering consulting services to investors and developers. As the company expanded, the services offered included the listing and selling of real estate. Joe Sr., Edward (Skeeter) and Jex Luce built Courtney & Morris on values which were the foundation of their lives: integrity, a strong work ethic and a quality, service-based product. Those values and traditions remain our goal at Courtney & Morris.
