Avery Duncan is a licensed realtor and joins Courtney and Morris as a Real Estate Appraisal trainee. Avery is certified in ARGUS, a commercial property valuation and real estate asset management software. A native of Philadelphia MS, Avery graduated from the University of  Mississippi in 2020 earning a B.A. double major in Real Estate & Business Management. While in school he worked with single-family residential leases at MBT Properties. Avery is an experienced real estate professional with self-motivated mindset and in-depth background completing valuations of land, homes, and commercial real estate.
