Iz will join the team at the Fairhope office as a sales agent. Iz grew up in Montgomery, Alabama and graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Iz has lived in Fairhope and Mobile for the past 25 years. After graduating from college, she worked with the Alabama Wildlife Federation and then moved on to pharmaceutical sales. Iz has also owned her own successful skincare business for the last 11 years.

Iz grew up spending summers and weekends along the Alabama and Florida coasts. She understands why the Eastern Shore and the Alabama beaches are so attractive to so many buyers.

Iz serves on various committees at Bayside Academy. In her free time, she enjoys the beach, riding horses, yoga, and traveling with her family. She is married to David Head, Jr. and they have two children.
