Stephanie Nelson Corte

A native of Baldwin County, Stephanie Nelson Corte attended Bayside Academy and Robertsdale High School.  Stephanie spent the first eight years of her career with SouthTrust Bank as a mortgage processer and administrative assistant transferring within the bank when she moved to Pike Road, Alabama.   Due to her knowledge of horses, in 1996 she was recruited by a large-scale, quarter horse ranch in administration.  That position eventually led to a broad range of tasks including administration, management, breeding, sales, advertisement and public relations.   For almost 25 years, she traveled all over the US attending competitions, sales, college equine/vet programs and educational seminars all based around quarter horses.  During that same time, she also participated in amateur and professional rodeos as a barrel racer where she qualified for several year-end finals, all the while keeping her roots in Baldwin County through family, friends and real estate investments.  Several years ago, life brought her back “home” and found her in a new capacity in administration working for Cunningham Delaney Construction.   Through the guidance of an extremely generous and knowledgeable group of people there, she was able to learn all different aspects relating to sitework and heavy equipment.   She was also fortunate enough to reconnect with and marry her childhood friend, Jay who is a fourth-generation farmer and together they are blessed with three wonderful children, two amazing grandchildren…and one on the way!   Stephanie enjoys being with family, hunting, boating, fishing and will always have a real passion for horses. We are excited to have her at Courtney and Morris and know that her knowledge and skills will serve her well in the real estate world!  Stephanie can be reached at scorte@courtneyandmorris.com or 334-315-7995.
