Toots Otts Weaver is a native Mobilian and graduate of UMS-Wright Preparatory School and The University of Alabama, where she studied public relations. After college, she worked for CPSI/Trubridge and was the Treatment Coordinator at Bennett Orthodontics.
In her spare time, Toots enjoys going to the bay, hanging out with friends and family, and celebrating Mobile Mardi Gras.
She is married to Zach Weaver, and they have two children, Robert and Betsy.
